Age Limit for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of KIOCL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Chief General Manager (Human Resources and Mining)- The maximum age limit is 55 years

For General Manager (Finance)- The maximum age limit is 53 years.

For Deputy Manager (Structural)- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Qualification for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for KIOCL Recruitment 2023.

For Chief General Manager (Human Resources)- 

1- Graduate with full time MBA/MSW or equivalent with HR/IR specialization from a recognized University / Management Institution of repute.

2- Candidates obtained MBA/MSW or equivalent degree through Distance or part time education programme or through Correspondence are not eligible & need not apply

For Chief General Manager  (Mining)- 

1- BE/B.Tech in Mining Engineering with good academic records from a recognized University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act, in India or educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed university under the University Grants Commission established under UGC Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) / AICTE / appropriate Statutory Authority.

2- Possession of First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under The Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961.

For General Manager (Finance)- 

1- Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India with consistently good academic record

For Deputy Manager (Structural)-

1- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a University/Institute/ Board approved or recognized by Government of India/ UGC/ AICTE/ appropriate Statutory Authority with minimum 60% marks.

2- M.Tech with specialization in Structural Engineering is an added advantage.

Salary for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of KIOCL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 280000.

For Chief General Manager (Human Resources and Mining) and General Manager (Finance)- The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000.

For Deputy Manager (Structural)- The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000.

Selection Procedure for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:
