KIOCL Recruitment 2023: KIOCL Limited is inviting the application form for interested and eligible candidates for the positions of Chief General Manager (Human Resources), Chief General Manager (Mining), General Manager(Finance) and Deputy Manager (Structural). The required qualifications and experiences according to the posts are mentioned in the article. According to the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is below 55 years to apply for the post of Chief General Manager, below 53 years to apply for the post of General Manager and below 35 years to apply for the post of Deputy Manager.

For Chief General Manager (HR)-

  • Graduate with full-time MBA/MSW or equivalent with HR/IR specialization from a recognized University/ Management Institution of repute.
  • Candidates who obtained an MBA/MSW or equivalent degree through a Distance or part-time education program or through Correspondence are not eligible and need not apply.

For Chief General Manager (Mining)-

  • BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering with good academic records from a recognized University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act, in India or an educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed a university under the University Grants Commission established under UGC Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) / AICTE / appropriate Statutory Authority.
  • Possession of First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under The Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961.

For General Manager(Finance)-

  • Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India with consistently good academic record.

For Deputy Manager (Structural)-

  • BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a University/Institute/ Board approved or recognized by the Government of India/ UGC/ AICTE/ appropriate Statutory Authority with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • M.Tech with a specialization in Structural Engineering is an added advantage.

Experience for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, candidates required experiences are mentioned below:

For Chief General Manager (HR)-

  • Candidate should have at least 25 years post qualification experience out of which at least 15 years at senior level in the area of-
  • Formulation and implementation of Human Resource Policies, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Competency Mapping, Training and Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management Systems etc.
  • Industrial Relations, Trade Union Management, Statutory and Legal Compliances, Contract Labour Management, Employee Welfare etc.
  • Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs, sound knowledge of SAP/ERP etc.
    General Administration and Coordination with various Govt. and Statutory Authorities.
    Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial setup/PSU is desirable.

For Chief General Manager (Mining)-

  • BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering with good academic records from a recognized University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act, in India or an educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed a university under the University Grants Commission established under UGC Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) / AICTE / appropriate Statutory Authority.
  • Possession of First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under The Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961.

For General Manager(Finance)-

  • Candidate should have at least 23 years post of qualification experience out of which at least 12 years at senior level in Finance and Accounts function preferably in Corporate Financial Management and Planning, Project Appraisal, Project Financing and Monitoring, Capital Budgeting, Costing, Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, Corporate Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management.
  • Exposure to working in ERP packages like SAP, Oracle, etc. would be an added advantage. Candidate should also possess strong leadership and analytical skills, and excellent oral as well as written communication skills. Should be a self-driven and effective team leader.

For Deputy Manager (Structural)-

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience in the following areas-
  • Must have advanced knowledge of structural and civil construction engineering and design and be familiar with ISI standards, codes and acceptable practices in the industry.
  • Measuring Industrial building dimensions and quantifying on-site and from drawings.
  • Perform field investigation work and the diagnosis of Industrial building problems required to design exterior envelope remediation including exterior wall, fenestration, roof, and/or structural remediation.
    Assist in carrying out field reviews of construction work in progress on both new and restoration projects and report on progress.
  • Assist in performing leak investigations of all aspects of the building envelope, roofs, walls, and foundations.
  • Preparation of BOQ based on drawing/site measurements, preparation of cost estimates, etc.
    Understanding of Industrial building construction including methods, materials and systems.
