• The candidate should have a master’s degree in any subject or an MBA in any specialization from a recognized university or institution.

Officer (Corporate communication/PR department)

• Graduate with a postgraduate degree or diploma in public relations, mass communication, or journalism from a recognized Indian university or institute recognised by an appropriate statutory authority in India.

For Executive PA (CMD Secretariat),

• Diploma in Secretarial/Commercial Practice from a recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India

Officer Trainee (Commercial Department)

• Candidates should have passed an MBA in marketing from a recognized university or institution.

• Selected candidates will get monthly salary of Rs. 45,000.

For Business Development Officer (Materials and Store Department)

• Rs. 45,000 per month for MBA with minimum 01-03 years experience
• Rs. 30,000 per month for MBA for freshmen
• Rs. 25,000 per month for graduates with a minimum 01-03 years experience.

For Engineer (Technical Service Department)

• Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000.

Business Development Officer (Human Resources Department)

• Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000.

Liaison Officer (New Delhi Office)

• Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 70,000.

For Officer (Corporate communication/PR department)

• Selected candidates will get monthly salary of Rs. 45,000.

For Executive PA (CMD Secretariat),

• Rs. 40,000per month if a Diploma in Secretarial/Commercial Practice is obtained after the 12th

Tenure for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is on a contract basis initially for a period of two years and the contract can be extended for another two years depending upon the requirements of the company and the satisfactory performance of the candidate.

Place of Posting for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, the place of posting will be anywhere in India as per the requirements of the Company. However, candidates posted at the Corporate Office, Bengaluru, New Delhi, will be paid Rs. 5,000 additionally and Rs. 2,000 additionally if posted at any other location towards the conveyance allowance.

Selection Procedure for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

Computer Literacy Test :

• Candidates need to attend a computer test before qualifying for an interview.

MS Office: Using MS Word, MS Excel, creation of PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Candidates need to secure a minimum of 60 marks out of 100 in computer tests to qualify to appear for an interview.

For Executive PA, tests with dictation for 5 minutes and computer typing of dictation Mistakes shall not be more than 15 words in all to qualify to appear for an interview.

Personal Interview:

• Those candidates who qualify for the computer test will only be allowed to appear for an interview.
