KIOCL Recruitment 2023: KIOCL Limited, A Government of India Enterprise, seeks applications from qualified candidates for the engagement of Chief General Manager, General Manager and Deputy Manager posts. According to the Official Notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, the hiring will be made for (04) open vacancies to be placed for its Blast Furnace Unit at Mangaluru and Corporate Office at Bengaluru. The maximum age limit of eligible candidates shouldn’t be above 55 years across all mentioned positions. A monthly compensation of up to Rs.2,80,000 would be provided to the chosen candidates. Additionally, the chosen applicants will be entitled to receive benefits such as Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Health Reimbursement Allowance, and Perks.
According to the Official Notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates who meet the requirements must apply online via the company website, print out their completed application, and mail it, along with all required supporting documentation, to the Chief General Manager (HR), HR Department, KIOCL Limited, Koramangala 2nd Block, Sarjapura Road, Bengaluru, 560034, on or before the deadline. The application process will be closed on 30.09.2023. The candidates will be chosen based on a personal interview. For an interview, only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted. Candidates appearing for interviews will be paid for rail or road fare via the shortest route limited to AC II Class train rate upon proof of tickets or receipts. You’ll receive an email with the interview’s time, place, and date. For Chief General Manager (HR)
Candidates should have a degree of MBA/MSW or equivalent with a specialisation in HR/IR from a reputable university/management institution. Candidates who earned their MBA/MSW or similar degree through a distance or part-time education programme or through correspondence are ineligible and should not apply.
For Chief General Manager (Mining)
Candidates should have a BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering that must be recognised by a University established or incorporated under the University Grants Commission established under UGC Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) / AICTE / appropriate Statutory Authority.
For General Manager(Finance)
Candidates should be graduates with a strong academic record who is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
