KIOCL is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Executive Company Secretary, Business Development Officer, Engineer, Liaison Officer, Officer Executive PA and Officer trainee in various departments. For the mentioned posts, there are 14 vacant seats.

Age Limit for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

The age restriction for KIOCL Recruitment 2023 is given below-

Executive Company Secretary, Business Development Officer, Engineer, Officer Executive PA and Officer trainee-

• The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Liaison Officer-

•  The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Salary for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate for KIOCL Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary as given below-

For Executive Company Secretary (Board and Coordination Department)-

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 45000.

For Business Development Officer (Materials and Store Department)

• For an MBA with a minimum of 0–3 years of experience- Rs. 45,000 per month
• For MBA for freshmen- Rs. 30,000 per month 
• For graduates with a minimum of 01–03 years of experience- Rs. 25,000 per month 

For Engineer (Technical Service Department)-

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000.

For Business Development Officer (Human Resources Department)-

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000.

For Liaison Officer (New Delhi Office)-

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 70,000.

For Officer (Corporate communication/PR department)-

The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 45,000.

For Executive PA (CMD Secretariat),

• Diploma in Secretarial/Commercial Practice is obtained after the 12th- Rs. 40,000 per month.
• Diploma in Secretarial or Commercial Practice is obtained after the 10th- Rs. 35,000 per month.

For Officer Trainee (Commercial Department)

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000.

Qualification for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for KIOCL Recruitment 2023.

For Executive Company Secretary (Board and Coordination Department)-

• Candidates should have a Graduate with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and an Associate or Fellow Member of ICSI.

For Business Development Officer (Materials and Store Department)-

• Candidates should have passed an MBA with any specialisation from a recognised University or institution Or Candidates should have passed B.Com., B.B.M., B.BA., or BCA from a recognized University / Institution

For Engineer (Technical Service Department)-

• The candidate should have an engineering degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

For Business Development Officer (Human Resources Department)-

• The candidate should have passed a B.Com., B.BM., B.BA., or BCA from a recognized university or institution.

For Liaison Officer (New Delhi Office)-

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in any subject or an MBA in any specialisation from a recognized university or institution.

For Officer (Corporate Communication/PR Department):

• Candidates must be Graduate with a postgraduate degree or diploma in public relations, mass communication, or journalism from a recognized Indian university or institute recognized by an appropriate statutory authority in India.

For Executive PA (CMD Secretariat):

• Candidates must have done Diploma in Secretarial/Commercial Practice from a recognized Indian university or institute recognised by appropriate statutory authority in India

For Officer Trainee (Commercial Department)

• Candidates should have passed an MBA in marketing from a recognised university or institution.

Tenure for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of KIOCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on contract basis for a period of 02 years.

Selection Procedure for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Test and interview. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.

Computer Literacy Test- Candidates need to secure a minimum of 60 marks out of 100 in computer tests to qualify to appear for an interview.

For Executive PA- The tests with dictation for 5 minutes and computer typing of dictation Mistakes shall not be more than 15 words in all to qualify to appear for an interview.

Personal Interview- Candidates after the computer test have to appear for an interview
