KMC Recruitment 2023: Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) is recruiting willing and appropriate candidates for the post of Pharmacist. There are 19 openings to be filled for KMC Recruitment 2023. The applicant should have a minimum qualification of 02 years diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (Allopathic) recognized by the Government of West Bengal Pharmacy Council and registered as an “A” category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs.22000.
To apply for KMC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is not more than 40 years. The selection will be determined on the basis of merit and practical examination. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. According to the official notification of KMC Recruitment 2023, candidates who meet the eligibility requirements have to submit their duly filled application form along with the supporting documents in a sealed envelope to the Chief Municipal Health Officer/Secretary, Kolkata City NUHM Society” Kolkata Municipal Corporation (CMO Bldg) 5, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata – 700013 on or before the deadline. Application received after the due date will be summarily REJECTED.

Candidates should not be more than 40 years old to apply for KMC Recruitment 2023.
The required qualification for applying to KMC Recruitment 2023 is given below-
The selected candidates for KMC Recruitment 2023 will be provided a monthly remuneration of Rs.22000.
The candidates will be selected for KMC Recruitment 2023 on the basis of merit and practical examination. The application will be first shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the final qualification (highest basic qualification) as D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma. Shortlisted candidates will be called for practical tests in the ratio of 1:10. In the Computer Test, which will count as a practical test, candidates have to obtain at least 50% marks to qualify for the post.
As given in the official notification of KMC Recruitment 2023, eligible and interested candidates can download the blank application form from the official notification and submit the duly filled application form along with the necessary documents in a sealed envelope to the Chief Municipal Health Officer/Secretary, Kolkata City NUHM Society” Kolkata Municipal Corporation (CMO Bldg) 5, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata – 700013 on or before the last date. The name of the post, “Pharmacist,” is to be superscribed on the envelope. The sealed envelope should be submitted in the Drop Box kept in front of room no 254 2nd floor of CMO Bldg. No application will be received by post/courier.
The last date for submitting the application form is 22.12.2023, Monday to Friday-from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No application will be received in the Drop Box after the due date.
