Qualification and Experience for KMRL Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to KMRL Recruitment 2024 as mentioned below-

• The applicant must have a B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering from any recognized university/institute.
• Preference will be given to the candidates having an M.Tech / ME/ Post Graduate Degree in Public Health or Environmental Engineering.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 15 Years of post-qualification experience in Civil Engineering work/field out of which at least 8 years of relevant experience in planning, process design and execution of major sewerage projects (Sewage Treatment Plant with Sewer Network). Candidates who have experience in the execution of Waterway development and marine structures shall be given preference.
• For on Deputation/Re-employment: Candidates can be serving/Retired Officers of Govt. Companies atleast in the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 (GP8700)-CDA Pattern or in the pay scale of Rs.90000-260000/- (IDA Pattern) or serving/retd. as the Superintending Engineer in KWA or its equivalent or higher scales under similar roles as mentioned above.
• For on Contract: Candidates working in PSU/ Govt. The organization should be working in the equivalent scale or should have a minimum 02 years of experience in immediate lower grade/its equivalent scale Subject to fulfilling the other requirements, Candidates from Private Sector Companies will be considered subject to their present CTC being at least Rs.1.50 lakh per month.

Salary for KMRL Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for KMRL Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly remuneration as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs.90000-240000(IDA)- Pay Scale on a contract basis.
• The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as per deputation terms and conditions on a deputation basis.
• The selected candidates will be given a consolidated pay of Rs.146000 per month on re-employment.

Tenure for KMRL Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a deputation, contract and re-employment basis and the candidates who are selected for KMRL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period as given below-

• On Contract: For a period of 03 years extendable for a further period of two years based on satisfactory performance and requirements.
• On Deputation: For a period of 03 years extendable further as per deputation terms.
• On Re-employment basis: For an initial period of 02 years to be further extendable for additional terms/ periods– or up to attaining the age of 65 years or a maximum of 5 years from initial appointment, whichever is earlier, subject to consistent good performance, conduct and requirement of Project/Discretion of Management.
