KRCL Recruitment 2023: The Chief Personnel Officer, Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has sought Applications from Experienced Officers Duly Eligible for Deputationist Appointment on the Chief Engineer Post for Posting in the Corporate Office, Belapur, Navi Mumbai vide the KRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 04.07.2023. The KRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular has arisen for 01 Post and Even Vacancy in the Pay Level 15 to be filled up by Deputation for 03 Years’ Duration with Another Extension of 02 Year, Aggregate up to 05 Years mentioned therein. Deputation Tenure: Initially 03 Years and subsequently Extendable for 02 Years, Totaling 05 Years as per Government of India Rules.

As per the KRCL Recruitment 2023, Appropriately Suitable Officer selected as Chief Engineer (Project) will be appointed in the Pay Scale Level notified hereunder.
Pay Matrix Scale:
15 Pay Band 04 (Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay 10000) as per the 7th CPC
Pay and Allowances: The Officer shall draw Pay and Allowances as per the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Instructions, which would have been admissible to him/her at time on the Railways Plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance.

The IRSE (Indian Railway Service of Engineers) Officer working in Pay Matrix Level 14 of 7th CPC Or Engineering Executive working in other Public Sector Undertaking in IDA Scale E-8 (Rs.1.20 Lac-2.80 Lac); Or
The IRSE (Indian Railway Service of Engineers) Cadre Officer of the Indian Railways and working in Pay Matrix Level 13 of 7th CPC with 16 Years’ Experience Or Civil Engineering Executive working in other Public Sector Undertaking in IDA Scale E-6 (Rs.90000 Lac-240000) with 16 Years’ Experience
The Indian Railway Board constituted Screening Authority will shortlist the Candidates to be called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview.
The Shortlisted Candidates shall be summoned to appear for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/ Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued an Appointment by Deputation for Posting in Navi Mumbai.
Deputation Term: Overall Deputation Term Engagement Tenure for Chief Engineer Post shall remain 05 Years in Aggregate. The Candidate will be appointed initially for 03 Years with subsequent Extension of 02 Years Totaling 05 Years.
