• The candidates should be retired executives in the Junior/Senior Scale As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-10 (Jr. Scale) OR As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-11 (Sr. Scale). OR 
• The candidates should be retired Executives working in other PSUs in IDA scale 3/E-4 Grade (Rs. 60,000 1,80,000 / Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) with 20 years of experience.

Working Experience  for KRCL Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates required working experience is given below:

• The candidates should have experience involving alignment design, survey, investigation, coordination with designers and proof checkers, planning, estimation, BOQ, execution of works, preparation of Tender documents, Invitation of Tender and its finalization, and Contract Management of railway/road projects. Experience in the execution of railway projects will be preferred.
• Candidate should also have a minimum of 12 years experience in new line/gauge conversion/doubling projects, which can involve earthwork in embankment/cutting, construction of bridges/tunnels/station buildings, approach road/feeder road, construction of reinforced earth slope, ensuring quality and safety of the work, compliance to various Labour laws, coordination for commissioning of new lines.

• The candidates for the mentioned position’s age limit should be upto 63 years. 

Salary for KRCL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidate for the mentioned position will be paid a monthly salary as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-10 (Jr. Scale) OR As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-11 (Sr. Scale). Pay and allowance will be governed as per the Railway Board Guidelines issued from time to time (i.e., last month’s scale and basic minus pension). Allowances are applicable on the basic pay without deducting pension.

Place of Posting for KRCL Recruitment 2023:
