According to the official notification of KMR recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Fleet Manager (Operations), Fleet Manager (Maintenance) and Manager (Finance). There are a total of 03 vacancies for the given posts.

Tenure– The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year.

Salary for KWM Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of KWM recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

For Fleet Manager- The selected candidates will be given Rs. 100000.

For Manager- The selected candidates will be given Rs. 50000.

Age Limit for KWM Recruitment 2023: 

As given in the notification of KMR recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-

For Fleet Manager- The upper age limit is 56 years (Age relaxation applicable as per reservation rules).

For Manager- The upper age limit is 56 years (Age relaxation applicable as per reservation rules).

The age limit may be relaxed for experienced, outstanding, and exceptionally deserving candidates and will be at the sole discretion of the Management

Qualification for KWM Recruitment 2023: 

According to the official notification of KWM recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for the posts.

For Fleet Manager (Operations)-

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
• MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).

Experience- 12 Years Experience. (after acquiring a Degree/Diploma) Preferably on board ship experience as Master/Chief Engineer.

For Fleet Manager (Maintenance)-

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Naval Architecture.
• MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).

Experience– Minimum 12 years (after acquiring Degree/Diploma) of shipyard experience or Operation & Maintenance experience on Board Ships.

For Manager (Finance)-

• CA/ICWA.

Experience- Minimum 5 Years experience in Finance/Accounts. Cost & Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, etc. in Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed private companies. The training experience will not be counted.

Selection Procedure for KWM Recruitment 2023: 

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews and written tests. All the details regarding the interview/written test will be emailed to shortlisted candidates.

Applicants employed in Govt./Quasi Govt./ PSUs shall produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview.
