MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023: MAHAGENCO is looking for suitable and appropriate candidates for the post of Director (Operations), MSETCL on a contract/deputation basis. As stated in the official notification of MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is not more than the age of 6o years to apply for the given post. The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years. The selection of MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
Candidates who have a Graduate Engineer in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 20 years of Experience are eligible to apply for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary largely comparable to that offered by similar-sized PSUs. In accordance with the official notification of MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023, eligible and dynamic candidates have to send their dully filled application form along with the supporting documents to The Chief General Manager (HR) Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, 4th Floor, Prakashgad, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 51 on or before the closing date. No application will be accepted after the due date.
MAHAGENCO is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the vacancy for the post of Director (Operations), at MSETCL.
The engagement is made on a contract/deputation basis and the candidates who are selected for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 03 years with the condition of a performance review at the end of each year linked with the review of the contract.
Candidate should not be more than 60 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement to apply for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023.

For Private Sector Executives-
The candidates will be selected for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023 on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates with the benchmark determined by the Selection Committee will be invited for the selection process after a preliminary review of their applications. Candidates will have to appear for the interview at their own expense.
Based on the official notification of MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will be given a monthly compensation of largely comparable to that offered by similar-sized PSUs. However, the same is negotiable. In case of candidates on deputation from Govt. / PSUs, the remuneration will be in accordance with the normal rules of deputation applicable in such cases.
