Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2022: The Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai (MSLSA) has invited applications from suitable applicants for the three posts of Member, Permanent Lok Adalat for Public Utility Services at Mumbai (1 Post), Nagpur (1 Post) and Aurangabad (1 Post).

Period/tenure of two years, the further term can be extended up to the period of three years or to the age of sixty-five years of the applicant, whichever is earlier. The applicant must not have attained the age of 62 years, on the date of publication of this Advertisement. Age Limit for Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2022: The applicant must not have attained the age of 62 years, on the date of publication of this Advertisement.

Eligibility for Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2022:

The applicant must:

(a) be a citizen of India.

(b) be a person who has the knowledge and adequate experience in ‘Public Utility Service’ as defined under Sec. 22-A of the Act.

(c) have sufficient knowledge of Marathi to enable him/her to speak, read, write and translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice-versa.

Experience for Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2022: Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in working in construction organizations.

Remuneration/ Pay for Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2022: The candidate will be paid an amount of Rs. 2000 (Two Thousand only) per sitting. Other than the remuneration/pay as aforementioned, the Member, Permanent Lok-Adalat will not be entitled to any other allowances and/or benefits, unless and otherwise specifically granted by the Government.

Duration for Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2022:

The Period/tenure of appointment will be for two years, the term can be extended up to the period of three years or to the age of sixty-five years of the applicant, whichever is earlier.
