Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire back-end process of business, New initiative drive, day-to-day process-related issues resolutions, New enhancements, and Projects.
• Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business
• Design and execute promotion schemes with the manufacturer/sales team
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.
• Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Post Graduate in Management from a good institute
• 1 to 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
• Capable of interacting with Teams and field members
• Should be capable of understanding field issues and converting them into actionable improvements
• Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
• Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
• High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
