Godrej is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Manager at their Delhi, India locations. In this role, you will be responsible for Achieving sales value on a weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly basis for Godrej and Cartini products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Achieving sales value on a weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly basis for Godrej and Cartini products
• Achieving priority product sales value
• Achieving mortise product group sales value
• Generating sales through real estate customers
• Managing influencers through retail channel
• Developing network through correction in existing set up, creating and expanding of network in uncovered areas
• Managing key retailers and improving counter share of key retail outlets
• Planning placement of merchandising in various types of retail outlets and monitor usage
• Planning for material for standard products and APOS
• Developing of focus cities on various parameters
• Compiling competitor information and market feedback and taking appropriate
• Developing team of business development executives for retail sales
• Improving dealer satisfaction
• Working towards reduction of dealer working capital in retail and project segment
• Analyzing secondary sales of distributor and direct dealers and improving ROI and inventory turns
• Ensuring working capital control
• Planning and executing various grass root activities as per activity calendar
• Sending MIS on a regular basis and using information effectively for improving sales, service set-up

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing Management

Experience Details

Essential Experience:

• 3 years of work experience for Degree in Engineering OR5 years of work experience for Graduate in any discipline
