Unilever is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Regional Sales Manager- eRTM at their Mumbai, India locations.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage and Lead national RTM (Route to Market) role Build the RTM strategies for various market models across state markets based on current coverage and future potential Execute and evaluate RTM performance distribution infrastructure Design and validate the distribution architecture (network density and expansion) by identifying the correct Distributor/Sub Distributor to accelerate business growth Ensure effective execution of the RTM agenda across the country through effective change management interventions and appropriate resource allocation Prepare a roadmap of various RTM initiatives, prioritize and project manage the execution of the initiatives and measure effectiveness of each initiative Define key roles and responsibilities of various members of the sales organization in conjunction with sales leadership and plan for effective deployment of field force to help achieve the RTM goals Beat planning with route optimization Setting up of the Sales KPIs and driving them to ensure sales target achievement of primary and secondary sales, Eco, Scan Identify training needs an building and imparting training on the field (work withs) to the frontline Field force and Distributor Salesmen

Experience/Skill Spike:

  • Advanced Problem-Solving skills (hypotheses generation and analytical bent of mind)
  • High understanding, familiarity, and comfort with crunching and processing Big Data
  • MBA/Master’s degree from Tier 1, Tier 2 B School
  • Overall years of experience should be at least 8-10 years of work experience across sales & marketing
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
  • Looking for talent with – owner mindset, passion, and agility
