MEA Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of External Affairs is hiring desirous and willing candidates for the post of Consultant in the DPA-IV Division of the Ministry of External Affairs Headquarters, New Delhi. As per the official notification of the MEA Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given an annual income of 8.40 Lakhs. The engagement is made on a contract basis for a period of 01 year but may be extended as per the requirements. There is only 01 vacancy open for the given post. Candidates should have a minimum age of 35 years and should have a maximum age of 60 years for applying to the above-mentioned post.
Candidates who have a Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or above in Archaeology and/or Conservation or Museology or Engineering Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Architecture are eligible to apply for the MEA Recruitment 2023. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview. Candidates who are eligible and appropriate for MEA Recruitment 2023 have to submit their duly filled application form along with supporting documents to the Under Secretary (PF and PG) Ministry of External Affairs, Room No. 4071, Jawaharlal Nehru Bhawan, 23-D, Janpath, New Delhi-110011 on or before the last date. The selected candidates for the MEA Recruitment 2023 will be paid an annual income of 8.40 Lakh and a deduction of applicable taxes. No HRA will be admissible.
The appointment of MEA Recruitment 2023 is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 01 year but may be extended as per requirements and performance. The place of posting will be the Ministry of External Affairs (South Block/ Jawaharlal Nehru Bhawan / Sushma Swaraj Bhawan/Patiala House/ISIL Building/Akbar Bhavan), New Delhi.
The selection of MEA Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. There will be no TA/DA payable by the Ministry to Applicants for attending an interview.
As informed by the official notification of MEA Recruitment 2023, interested and suitable candidates should obtain the prescribed format from the official notification and submit the same duly filled along with the required documents to the Under Secretary (PF and PG) Ministry of External Affairs, Room No. 4071, Jawaharlal Nehru Bhawan, 23-D, Janpath, New Delhi-110011 on or before the closing date. The envelope should be clearly labeled as “Application for the position of Consultant in DPA-IV Division of Ministry of External Affairs”.
