Age Limit for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the age limit for the specified posts is mentioned below-

• Candidates should be a maximum age of 45 years to apply for the post of Dy.General Manager.
• Candidates should be a maximum age of 40 years to apply for the post of Manager.
• Candidates should be a maximum age of 30 years to apply for the post of Transit House Keeper (Rohtak) (WG-1).

Salary for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get an annual CTC up to Rs.19 Lakhs.

• The selected candidates for the post of Dy. General Manager will get an annual CTC of Rs.19 Lakhs.
• The selected candidates for the post of Manager will get an annual CTC of Rs.14.30 Lakhs.
• The selected candidates for the post of Transit House Keeper (Rohtak) (WG-1) will get an annual CTC of Rs.4.0 Lakhs.

Qualification and Experience for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the necessary qualifications and experience are listed below-

For Dy. General Manager-

• Candidate should have graduated with Associate Member of ICWA/CA.

Experience-

• Candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience preferably in the manufacturing Industry in any areas of Treasury Management/ Direct and Indirect Taxation/ Purchase scrutiny/ Consolidation and finalization of Accounts/ Internal Audit/ Costing & Budgeting/ Pricing/ Management of Receivables & Inventory/ Payrolls/ Provident Fund etc.
• Experience in Heavy/ Metal industries is preferred where Batch Costing / Process costing is involved. Hands-on experience in any ERP-based application system will be an added advantage.

For Manager-

• Candidate should have graduated with Associate Member of ICWA/CA.

Experience-

• Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience preferably in the manufacturing Industry in any areas of Treasury Management/ Direct and Indirect Taxation/ Purchase scrutiny/ Consolidation and finalization of Accounts/ Internal Audit/ Costing & Budgeting/ Pricing/ Management of Receivables & Inventory/ Payrolls/ Provident Fund etc.

For Transit House Keeper (Rohtak) (WG-1)-

• Candidate should be SSC Passed.

Experience-

• Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Possession of an LMV/ HMV driving license will be preferred. Age shall be relaxed for deserving candidates who possess the adequate relevant experience to that extent.

Selection Process for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a written test. Candidates shortlisted based on the initial screening of applications will be called for Written Test. Candidates who have qualified/been shortlisted in the Written Test may be called for a Skill/ Trade/ Proficiency Test.
