Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Recruitment 2022: National Rainfed Area Authority, an attached office of the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, as on collaborating knowledge partner with the Department of Land Resource in a World Bank-aided Rejuvenating Watersheds for Agricultural Resilience through Innovative Development (REWARD) program, proposes to hire Network Manager, Theme Experts, Research Associates and Manager (Admn./Finance) on contract basis.

Qualification
Masters’ degree in Engineering (Agriculture/Civil/Electronics/IT), or Masters’s degree in Science (Agriculture/Horticulture/Environment/Forestry), or a Masters’s degree in Management (Business Administration/Finance) from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
10 to 15 years of experience, inter-alia, in web-technology & portal, MIS development, and management, videoconferencing, and network in the field of agriculture & allied forces.
Remuneration
Rs. 2,00,000/- to Rs. 2,20,000 per month depending on educational qualification and experience.
Qualification
Masters’ degree (IT, Computer Science/Communication/Electronics or Remote Sensing) or MCA from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
8 to 10 years of experience working in a senior position in the field of IT, particularly in web technology, web-service, management of portal, remote sensing, GIS, monitoring information systems DBMS: MS-SQL, OS: Windows, programming code, testing and debugging, preparing user/admin manual, providing end-user training/support, etc.
Remuneration
Rs. 1,40,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month depending on educational qualification and experience.
Qualification
Masters’ degree in Engineering (Agriculture/Civil/Water Resources) or Masters’ degree in Science (Agriculture/Horticulture/ Forestry) from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
8 to 10 years of experience working in a senior position in the mobilization of communities, capacity building, participatory rural appraisals, natural resource management, watershed development, design of biological & mechanical conservation measures remote sensing & GIS application for monitoring, interpretation of data and analytical activities.
Remuneration
Rs. 1,40,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month depending on educational qualification and experience.
Qualification
Masters’ degree in Engineering (Agriculture/Civil/Water Resources/Hydrology/Geo-hydrology), or a Master’s degree in Science (Earth science/Geology/Hydro-meteorology), from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
8 to 10 years of experience working in a senior position in the mobilization of communities, capacity building, participatory rural appraisals, surface and water hydrology natural resource management, watershed development, remote sensing & GIS application for monitoring, interpretation of data, and analytical activities.
Remuneration
Rs. 1,40,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month depending on educational qualification and experience.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Agriculture/Civil/Water Resources) or master’s degree in Science (Agriculture/Horticulture/ Forestry) from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in community empowerment, capacity building, participatory watershed development, mobilizing institutional support, conservation of natural resources, water harvesting & recycling, management of common property resources, and documentation of good practices.
Remuneration
Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month depending on educational qualification and experience.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree/BCA from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
Atleast10 years of experience in handling administration, finance, and accounts in a supervisory/managerial position in a government office/PSU/Autonomous body/Statutory body.
Remuneration
Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month depending on educational qualification and experience.
The maximum age limit for all the categories should not exceed 65 years.
