Ministry of Coal Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Coal is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Legal Consultant on a Contractual basis for various legal functions at the Coal Controller Organisation in Delhi. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have a Degree in Law (03 years or 05 years of Courses) from a University or Institution in India recognized by the Bar Council of India. The candidates should be professional in their work and field. The applicant should be registered as an advocate in the Bar Council of India in terms of the Advocate Act, 1961. The candidates applying for the mentioned opportunity should have at least 05 years of experience in a court of Law with an appearance before the High Court/Supreme Court of India or an expert in legal matters with at least 05 years of experience working in a Government Department/ PSUs having handled court cases. The candidates applying for the mentioned post should not be more than 35 years. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.75000 (Consolidated).
