Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Corporate Affairs is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Judicial Member and Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). As mentioned in the official notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023, there are 10 vacancies for the said positions. The number of vacancies is tentative and may decrease or increase without prior notice. The candidates applying for the post of Judicial Member have been a judge of the High Court or District Judge for at least 05 years or at least 10 years being an advocate of a court. The candidates applying for the post of Technical Member should have at least 15 years have been a member of the Indian Corporate Law Service or Indian Legal Service and has been holding the rank of Secretary or Additional Secretary to the Government of India etc. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is 50 years.
According to the official notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be required to produce a medical fitness certificate before joining. The tenure will remain for a period of 05 years or till the maximum age limit of 65 years. The selected candidates will get a monthly pay scale at Level-15.
