Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2022: In the Ministry of Defence, applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for the posts of Cook and MTS. The prescribed age limit for the above posts is between 18 years to 25 years as of the closing date of receipt of the application. As per the official recruitment notification, the candidate’s selection will be based on the examination/skill test and merit list.

1. Cook
The Scale of Pay: Level-2 (Basic Pay) Rs.19900 plus allowances.
1. Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
2. Must have knowledge or Indian cooking and proficiency on trade.
2. MTS
The Scale of Pay: Level-1 (Basis Pay) Rs.18000 plus allowances.
Essential: Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
Desirable: Conversant with the duties or the respective trades with one year’s experience in the trade.
Application completed in all respects as per Proforma attached and accompanied by requisite self-attested documents as stated (notification) should be sent in a sealed envelope super-scribing “Application FOR THE POST OF COOK I MTS Category (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS/ESM/PWD) through registered post/speed post(through Indian Postal Service only) to the OC Tips HQ UK Sub Area, Garhi Cantt, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) 248003.
The application should be filled by the candidates themselves in Hindi or English only. The last date of receipt of the application would be 30 days from the publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.
