Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: Indo-Russia Rifle Private Limited (IRRPL) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (CEO/MD) to join their team on a Deputation/Contract basis. The position is open to eligible candidates working in the Central Government, including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services, CPSES, SPSES, and private sector companies. As per Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 official notification, the company, incorporated in 2019 under the Inter-Governmental Agreement, is a joint venture between Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited, Munitions India Limited, Concern Kalashnikov, and Rosoboronexport. Its primary objective is to manufacture AK-203 assault rifles for the Indian Armed Forces. The CEO/MD will be responsible for overseeing the company’s manufacturing operations and ensuring its success.
The position requires the applicant to hold an Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline and at least five years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer in manufacturing companies or equivalent higher positions in the Indian Armed Forces. The selected candidate will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, with responsibilities such as formulating policies and ensuring their implementation, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, managing human resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
