Essential Qualifications, Age Limit for Stenographer Grade-2

To apply for the following post, candidates with a 12th pass certificate or equivalent from a recognized Board of University will be eligible. Other essential qualifications include Skill Test Norms (on computer) Dictation –10 mts @ 80 wpm Transcription 50 mts (Eng) 65 mts (Hindi). And the candidate should be between the age of 18-27 years to apply for the job. 

For Lower Division Clerk

Candidates with a 12th pass certificate issued from any recognized Board of University will be eligible to apply. Other qualifications include Skill Test Norms (on computers) and English typing speed 35 wpm Hindi typing speed 30 wpm (Time allowed 10 mts) to apply for the job post. The age limit to apply for the post is between 18-27 years. 

For Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)

Essential Qualifications to apply for the post include a Matriculation (class 10th) certificate from any recognized Board of University. In addition to this, Professional skills in driving, knowledge of motor mechanics, general smartness, and holding a valid permanent driving license for driving LMV and HMV/TRANS with at least four years of experience in driving are also required to apply to get recruited in the Ministry of Defense, DGQA recruitment 2022. The age limit to apply for the post is between 18-27 years.

Mode of Selection for Ministry of Defense, DGQA Recruitment 2022

A written exam will be scheduled for recruitment in the Ministry of Defense, DGQA. Based on the score of the written test, candidates will get shortlisted for recruitment in the department. The question paper of the written test will be on a matriculation basis.
