Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: The Department of Financial Services, under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, is seeking applications from Indian nationals for Chairperson in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal-reg. According to the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) that are established under The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act,1993. The shortlisted candidates would be given a monthly remuneration based on the selection terms. Applicants must attain the age of fifty years (50) years on or before the closing dates of application submission. Applications are being accepted for the position of Chairperson of DRAT Chennai, which will become vacant on September 10, 2024, as well as for any unanticipated Chairperson vacancies that may occur up to September 30, 2024.
According to the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for this role should have worked as a Judge of the Supreme Court or a Chief Justice of a High Court and he/she will be appointed on first priority.
