Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Finance is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Additional Director of Enforcement (Prosecution) in the Directorate of Enforcement on a Deputation basis. As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is only 01 vacancy. The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 04 years. The Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed four years.

As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for this job post should be below the age of 56 years. The selected candidate will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 67000. Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for this job post should be Officers of the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or with five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 and grade pay of Rs. 7600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.

Candidates should have a degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent. Candidates should have twelve years of experience in dealing with fiscal laws including provisions of the Income Tax Act, Customs Act, FEMA, FERA, or Criminal Laws.
