Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) (Government of India) New Delhi has invited Applications from Retired Government Officers with Eligibility for Contractual Engagement as Consultants at the Level of 1) Section Officer (SO) and 2) Senior Accounts Officer (SAO) Or Equivalent Level vide the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 28.07.2023. The Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has occurred with 05 Vacancies to be filled up in the Foreigners-II Division initially for 01 year’s Contractual Duration notified in the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice. Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Willing Candidates with Eligibility for Consultant Posts in the Foreigners II Division may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma available in the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum. Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Last Date for the Willing and Eligible Candidates shall terminate on the 30th Day.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Willing Candidates may apply through Email as well as per the instructions issued therein. Vacancy: 05 Nos.
Engagement Term: The Appointment of the Selected Candidate shall remain on a Contractual Basis. The Initial Tenure of Engagement for the Individual/Candidate as Consultants shall remain 01 Year, further Extendable by 01 more year, i.e., Maximum 02 Years (Not beyond 65 Years).
Posting Location: New Delhi
Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration to accrue to the Consultant shall remain, as is explained hereunder:
Remuneration and Contractual Terms & Conditions for Engagement: The Remuneration paid, Leave and other terms and conditions of the Engagement will be governed by the Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E-IIIA Dated 09.12.2020 as amended from time to time.
Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit fixed for Retired Central Government/State Government Employees is as follows:
Age Limit: 63 Years.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Mandatory Eligibility comprising the Specific Requirements shall remain as hereunder:
1) Retired Government Servant at the Level of
I) Section Officer or Equivalent in Pay Scale Level 08/10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission or in Pay Band-III with Grade Pay Rs.4800/5400 as per the 6th Central Pay Commission; Or
Senior Accounts Officer or Equivalent in Pay Scale Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission or in Pay Band-III with Grade Pay Rs.5400 as per the 6th Central Pay Commission; With
II) Experience in Financial Matters or having Good Knowledge in examination of the Books of Accounts and Scrutiny of Audit/Inspection Report will be preferred. The Candidate should have in possession Good Analytical ability and Writing skills.
2) Conversant with Computes and able to perform work in Electronic mode.
Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, Selection on Consultant Posts shall be carried out by Personal Interaction.
Duration: Post-Selection, the Contractual Duration of the Professional appointed as Consultant shall be Initially 01-Year (Full-Time) which stands Extendable up to 02 Maximum Years (Or up to 65 Years).
