For Private Secretary-

• The applicant must have at least 05 years experience of working as a Private Secretary in Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration /Statuary Body/ Autonomous Body.

For Accountant-

• The applicant must have at least 03 years experience of working in accounts or finance, projects in the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Statuary Body/ Autonomous Body.

For Assistant-

• The applicant must have at least 03 years of experience in administration, human resource development, and finance in the Central Government, State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body.

For Manager-

• The applicant must have at least 05 years of experience in the fields of Management, planning and development, administration, human resource development, finance, vigilance, court cases and communication-related matters in the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body.

Desirable-

• Preferably holding of Master’s Degree in Management.

Tenure for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023:

The engagement is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates for the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 05 years. The place of posting for ICPs will be any of the ICPs in Attari, Raxaul, Agartala, Dawki, Petrapole, and Moreh. On the other hand, LPAI officers will be assigned only to Central Government Employees.

Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the required eligibility criteria for applying to the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023 as given below-

For Assistant-

Officers from the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body-

• Candidate must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• Candidate with 06 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 5 or equivalent.

For Deputy Secretary-

Officers from the Central Government / State Government / Union Territory Administration/Statutory Body/ Autonomous Body-

• Candidate must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• The candidate with 05 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 11 or equivalent;

For Private Secretary-

Officers from the Central Government / State Government / Union Territory Administration / Statutory Body/ Autonomous Body-

• Candidate must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• The candidate with five years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 6 or equivalent.

For Accountant-

Officers of the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Statuary Body/ Autonomous Body-

• Candidate must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• A candidate with 05 years, of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 4 or equivalent.

For Manager-

Officers from the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body-

• Candidate must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• Candidate with 05 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 10 or equivalent.
• Candidate with 08 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 8 or equivalent.
