Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Jal Shakti (MoJS) has invited Applications in respect of the Officials Eligible for Appointment of “Secretary Post” On Deputation in Tungabhadra Board. As notified in the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, there is 01 Vacancy to be replenished with the Appointment of the Official on the Group ‘A’ Non-Ministerial Post Secretary under Pay Scale Level 13A (Rs.131100-216600) in the Pay Matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission.
Duly completed Applications in respect of the Officials/Candidates Eligible with Willingness routed through the Proper Channel should be submitted within 60 Dates post issuance of this Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Notification.
Based on the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up on Deputation Basis.
Post Nomenclature: Secretary on Deputation (Group ‘A’ Non-Ministerial)
Vacancy: 01 No.
Deputation Tenure: Initially 03 Years and further Extendable based on the Recommendations of the Tungabhadra Board as well as as the Ministry of Jal Shakti (MoJS) Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR), Government of India.
Based on the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Officer shall be issued an Appointment under Pay Scale Level 13A, explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Level 13A (Rs.131100-216600) Per Month as per 7th Central Pay Commission (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.8900 (PB4) as per 6th CPC
The Officers of Central Government Officers holding the
1) Analogous Post:
2) Holding the Post in Pay Scale Level 13 including the Officers having Non-Functional (NF) Pay Scale in Level 14 according to the 7th Central Pay Commission (Rs.37400-67000 Plus GP of Rs.8700 (Pay Band 4) or Grade Pay of Rs.10000 (PB-4) in the Non-Functional Upgradation (NFU) as per 6th CPC.
3) Holding the Post in Pay Scale Level 12 as per the 7th CPC (Rs.15600-39100 Plus GP of Rs.7600 (Pay Band 4) or Grade Pay of Rs.7600 (PB-3) as per 6th CPC with Minimum 03-Years’ Service in the Grade.
4) Minimum 16 Years’ Service as Class-I or Grade ‘A’.
5) The Officer should not have any Vigilance/Discipline Case pending against them.
6) The Officer should not belong to the State Services of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka States and Telangana State.
Desirable:
I) Knowledge of Water Management from Reservoirs for Irrigation, Hydroelectric Power Generation and Drinking Water Supplies; and
II) Knowledge of Matters related to Audit and Accounts Administration
Shortlisted Candidates shall be invited to participate in Viva voce. The Official selected as Secretary on a Deputation Basis shall be engaged for 03 Years Period, which is subsequently Extendable on the bases of the Recommendations of the Tungabhadra Board as well as the Ministry of Jal Shakti (MoJS) Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR), Government of India.
As is notified in the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates Cadre Controlling Authority should forward the Names of the Eligible Officials/Candidates with Duly completed Applications as per the Instructions prescribed hereunder:
