Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2022: The Ministry of Labor and Employment (Government of India) has invited the Applications from the Eligible Applicants in the Prescribed Proforma for filling in the Vacancies/Posts of Personal Assistant (PA) and Upper Division Clerk (UDC) on Deputation Basis in the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Courts (CGIT-cum-LCs). The Candidates fulfilling the desired Eligibility Criteria for the Posts of Personal Assistants and Upper Division Clerks may apply in the Application Proforma.

The Last Date for submission of the duly completed Applications accompanied by One set of Self-attested photostats of the Certificates and Applications is 11th August 2022 to be sent in an Enveloped super-scribed as “Application For the Post of Personal Assistant/Upper Division Clerk ” which should be receivable latest by 11th August 2022 in the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

The Applicants must submit through a Proper Channel with a No Objection Certificate obtained from the Employer.

1. Personal Assistant (PA)

Tenure of Absorption: 03 years

Eligibility Criteria: 

Personal Assistant: Pay Scale Rs.9300 to Rs.34800, Level 6

Personnel holding analogous (similar) Post on a regular basis or with 10 years’ Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Scale of Rs.5200 to Rs.34800 Level 4 in Pay Matrix.

2.Upper Divisional Clerk (UDC)

Tenure of Absorption: 03 years

Upper Division Clerk: Pay Scale Rs.5200 to Rs.34800, Level 4

Personnel holding analogous Post on a regular basis or Lower Division Clerk having put in Minimum 08 years’ Service in the Grade.

Selection Process: The Candidates, subsequent to the scrutiny of the Certificates and Documents, found to be Eligible, would be called to appear for a Personal Interview and Documents Verification for absorption in Service for a period of 03 years.

Documents to be appended to duly completed Applications: One set of Self-attested photostat of all Original Educational Certificates and Documents, Vigilance Clearance and ACRs (duly attested).
