As per the official notification of the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023, applicants should possess the following experience and qualifications to be eligible for the given posts.
For General Manager (Civil)
The candidate must have a Degree in Civil Engineering with 20 Years of Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector. He/she must have experience in Project Management & Project Execution in Civil Engineering fields, preferably in significant girder bridges, road-over bridges, and buildings.
For Manager (Business Development & Marketing)
The candidates should have Degree In Engineering with 10 years of Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector. He/she must have experience developing growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
For Safety Officer – E0 Grade
Candidates must consist Degree in Safety Engineering / Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Safety from Govt. an approved Institution.
For System Engineer – E0 Grade
Candidates must consist Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
