As per the Ministry of Textiles Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400). Candidates should be Officers under Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or public sector undertakings or Universities or recognized research institutions or semi-Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organizations holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or departments; or with six years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the pay band-1, Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.2800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Fine Arts (Fashion or Textile or Apparel Production) of four years of duration from a recognized University or institute with one-year experience in the field of handicrafts or cottage or small scale industry; or Diploma in Fine Arts (Fashion or Textile Design) of three years of duration from a recognized University or Board or institute plus two years of experience in the field of handicrafts or cottage or small-scale industry.
