Ministry of Textiles Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Textiles is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Assistant, Stenographer Gr-I and Upper Division Clerk (UDC) on a deputation basis. As per the Ministry of Textiles Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 08 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. The period of deputation, which includes any time spent serving in another ex-cadre position held immediately before this one in the same or a different organization or department of the Central Government, a State Government, a Union Territory, a university, a recognized research institution, a public sector undertaking, a semi-government, or an autonomous organization, normally cannot exceed three years.

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 112400. Assistant
Candidates should be Officers of the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or Upper Division Clerk with ten years of regular service in the cadre or pay band -1, of Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400 in the parent Department.
Stenographer Gr-I
Candidates should be Officers under the Central or State Govt or Union Territories or recognized Research Institution or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organization holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with ten years of regular service in the pay band -1, of Rs. 5200- 20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400 in the parent Department.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
Candidates should be Officers under the Central or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous organizations holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with eight years of regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent.
