MMRC Recruitment 2022: Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited is hiring candidates for the General Manager (Property Development), Additional General Manager, Additional Chief Project Manager, Manager (Administration), Manager (Corporate Management Services – CMS), Senior Office Assistant (HR), Junior Engineer (IT), Office Assistant (Public Relation) and Multi-Tasking Staff cum Motor Driver posts on Contract/ Deputation for a period of five years. There are 11 vacant seats available for these posts.

Candidates intending to come on deputation should obtain prior approval for deputation as per the HR Policy of their parent organization. Candidates registering by entering requisite details on the online registration form shall get a Login ID and Password on their Email ID and a One Time Password (OTP) on their Mobile number provided by the applicant in the online registration form. The last date to apply is 26.07.2022 till 18:00 hrs.

Age, Qualification, Experience and Salary for MMRC Recruitment 2022

General Manager (Property Development)

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 55 years.

QualificationFull-time B.E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute/University

ExperienceThe candidate should have experience in the field of Civil Engineering and Marketing retail spaces at stations, Advertising at stations, inside and outside the trains, Maximizing Non-Fare Box Revenue, Coordination with State Government/ Urban Local Bodies to obtain a change of land use. Tie up with retail chains and enter into PPP agreements for areas above stations as well as stand-alone properties along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Total 19 years of Executive Experience and working in analogous Pay Scale of Rs. 120000-280000 (E7) or Pay Scale of Rs. 100000-260000 (E6). OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations:

i) Working in Pay Matrix Level 14 (SAG/ NFSAG) or working for 05 years in Level 13 or Level 13 and Level 13A combined as per 7th CPC. or

ii) Total 19 years of Group A service and currently working in Level 13 or Level 13A as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Total 19 years of Executive Experience and working with CTC of Rs. 250000 per month.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000

Additional General Manager

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 50 years.

QualificationFull-time B.E./B. Tech in IT discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University.

Experience: The candidate should have experience in the field of Information Technology. The candidate should have worked in implementing IT-based solutions/projects, SAP/ PRIMAVERA/ BIM and should have excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence across all levels of the business and IT organization in order to achieve business goals. A strategic thought leader with a demonstrated ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame sustainable solutions, excellent collaborative skills with the ability to drive significant results in the organization along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Total 15 years of Executive Experience and working in analogous Pay Scale of Rs. 100000-260000 (E6) or Pay Scale of Rs. 90000-240000 (E5). OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations:

i) Working for 03 years in Pay Matrix Level 13 or Level 13 and Level 13A combined as per 7th CPC. or

ii) Total 15 years of Group A service and currently working in Level 13 or Level 13A as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Total 15 years of Executive Experience and working with CTC of Rs. 220000 per month.

Preference: Experience in implementing IT Solutions in Railways/ Metro Railways will be preferred.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 100000 – Rs. 260000

Additional Chief Project Manager

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 50 years.

Qualification: Full-time B.E. /B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a Govt.
recognized Institute/ University.

ExperienceThe candidate should have experience in the field of the Signaling department. Candidate should have experience in design, installation, site execution, interface with other systems, CBTC data preparation, testing, operation & maintenance of CBTC and interlocking equipment. The candidate shall be well versed in wireless and optical fiber networking, and international competitive bidding. Candidates working with foreign assignments shall be preferred. Professional Certifications of CCNP, CENG or any other shall be an added advantage along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Total 15 years of Executive Experience and working in analogous Pay Scale of Rs. 100000-260000(E6) or Pay Scale of Rs. 90000-240000 (E5). OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations:

(i) Working for 03 years in Pay Matrix Level 13 or Level 13 and Level 13A combined as per 7th CPC. or

(ii) Total 15 years of Group A service and currently working in Level 13 or Level 13A as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Total 15 years of Executive Experience and working with CTC of Rs. 220000 per month.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 100000 – Rs. 260000

Manager (Administration)

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 42 years.

Qualification– Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/University.

Experience: The candidate should have experience in the field of Administration & Finance / Accounts department along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Total 04 years of Executive Experience and working in analogous Pay Scale of Rs. 60000-180000 (E2) or working in Pay Scale of Rs. 50000-160000 (E1). OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations: Working in Pay Matrix Level 10 as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Total 04 years of Executive Experience and working with CTC of Rs. 130000 per month.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000

Manager (Corporate Management Services – CMS)

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 42 years.

QualificationFull-time B.E./B. Tech in any discipline from a government-recognized/ Institute / University and 2-year full-time PDGM / MBA from any of the IIMs

Experience: The candidate should have experience in the field of Administration. Candidate should have knowledge of carrying out project monitoring and review activities, Preparing review presentations for key stakeholders, interface with funding agencies, content development for communication with end-use and engage with alternate revenue generation along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Total 04 years of Executive Experience and working in analogous Pay Scale of Rs. 60000-180000 (E2) or working in Pay Scale of Rs. 50000-160000(E1). OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations: Working in Pay Matrix Level 10 as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Total 04 years of Executive Experience and working with CTC of Rs. 130000 per month.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000

Senior Office Assistant (HR)

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 36 years.

Qualification: Full-time MBA in HR from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University

ExperienceThe candidate should have at least 02 years of experience in the field of HR Department in Establishment matters and Recruitment along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Working in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 25000- 80000. OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations: Working in CDA Pay Matrix Level 5 or Level 6 as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Working with CTC of Rs. 25000 per month and above, are also eligible to apply.

Preference: Candidates having knowledge of SAP/ ERP will be preferred.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 33000 – Rs. 100000

Junior Engineer (IT)

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 30 years.

QualificationFull-time B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute/University.

Experience: The candidate should have minimum 02 years of experience in the field of IT department along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Working in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 25000- 80000. OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations: Working in CDA Pay Matrix Level 5 or Level 6 as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Working with CTC of Rs. 25000 per month and  above, are also eligible to apply. Candidates should have 02 years of experience in ERP software development/ web services including actual programming. Certifications in CISCO, IBM, SAS etc. are preferred.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. Rs. 33000 – Rs. 100000

Office Assistant (Public Relation)

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 34 years.

QualificationDegree / Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University

Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 03 years of experience of working in the Administration Department. Candidate should have flair for writing office reports and Press releases, carrying out promotion activities, Planning & executing events at various levels, working with the Corporate Communication department of Central Government Organizations or Public Sector Undertakings and should be proficient in making reports in at least three languages – English, Marathi & Hindi. Candidate must have experience of working closely with media print & electronic. Candidate should have basic knowledge of video making & Corel draw etc. along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs/ PSUs: Working in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 20000-60000. OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations: Working in CDA Pay Matrix with Level 3 or Level 4 as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Working with CTC of Rs. 25000 per month and above, are also eligible to apply.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 25000 to Rs. 80000

Multi-Tasking Staff cum Motor Driver

Age: The Maximum age limit for this post is 40 years.

QualificationMinimum SSC passed from a recognized Board.

Experience: The candidate should have 03 years of working experience of Multi-Tasking work as well as the driving of Official vehicles in the Administration Department of Govt. organization or PSU. Candidate should also possess a valid driving license of four-wheeler (LMV) along with the following:

A. IDA Candidates from Metro Rail/ Railway PSUs / PSUs: Working in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 14000- 40000. OR

B. CDA Candidates from Railways/ Govt. Organizations: Working in CDA Pay Matrix Level 2 as per 7th CPC. OR

C. Candidates from Metro Related Infrastructure Industries: Working with CTC of Rs. 20000 per month and above, are also eligible to apply. The aforesaid salary shall be substantiated along with proof of PF Deposition by both employee and employer.

Salary: The remuneration for this post is between Rs. 16000 to Rs. 50000
