MoPR Recruitment 2022: The Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR) is seeking qualified candidates for the Consultant position in the revamped RGSA’s Central Component Action Research and Publicity. The position is being filled on a full-time basis for a year. The position has two openings. The maximum age for applying for the position is 60 years. The selected candidates will be getting a salary amount of Rs 100000 to Rs 130000 based on the Consultancy Evaluation Committee’s (CEC) recommendations, taking into account work experience, qualifications, and other abilities Fees may be revised by no more than Rs.5000 including conveyance at the time of annual contract renewal based on performance and recommendations of the Divisional Head concerned, with approval of the Secretary(PR) and consultation with Integrated Finance.
A person with the necessary educational qualifications and experience will be hired to deliver in areas where in-house expertise is not readily available. The candidate(s) would be hired for a set period of time to provide technical professional services to the Ministry and to attend to specific and time-bound scheme activities in the areas of policy implementation, action research, and research studies/projects and programs. Engaged professionals will be expected to assist the Ministry in the preparation of concept papers/literature research, analysis of legislation/guidelines, identification of actionable activities, and so on various aspects of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) related matters, as well as undertake specialized assignments related to the social and economic development of the rural sector.
