• The applicant must have at least 03 years of experience working as a private secretary, Assistant/Stenographer/Executive assistant, stenographer, executive assistant, or executive secretary in a government department, university, autonomous body, PSU, or educational institution recognized by the government.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have a degree or diploma in computer application or science.
• The candidate must have a diploma in office management and secretarial practice.
• The candidate should have knowledge of service rules applicable to the Central Government establishment.

For Senior Assistants:

• The candidates should have a graduate or post-graduate degree from a recognized university in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.

For Assistant-

• The candidates must have graduated from a recognized university in any discipline with good working knowledge of computers.

For Junior Assistants:

• The candidate should have a Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board, university, or institution.
• The candidate should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi when typing through the computer.
