Qualification and Experience for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:

Candidate must have the required qualifications and experience for MP Metro Recruitment 2023 as mentioned below-

For Joint General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager-

• The candidate should have a B.Sc/Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• Candidate should have experience in Train Operation or Maintenance of Metro/LRT/High-Speed Rail Organization or Indian Railways.

For Manager/Assistant Manager-

• The candidate should have a B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engg. from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• Candidate should have the knowledge and working experience in the Maintenance of Rail/Metro tracks.

For Maintainer-

• The candidate should have Matriculation plus 02 years ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in any of the following specific trades like Electrician, Electronics Mechanics, Fitter, Ref and AC Mechanic from a  govt. recognized institute.

Experience-

• Candidate should have experience in Traction and E and M department of Metro rail corporation’s/Railways.

For Supervisor-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any Engineering or B.Sc Hons in (Physics/Chemistry/Math) or B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Math’s) from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• Candidate should have worked or have worked in the operations department of Metro Rail Corporation/ Railways.

For Sr. Supervisor-

• The candidate should have 03-year engineering diploma in Civil discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• Candidate should have the knowledge and working experience in the Maintenance of Rail/Metro Tracks.

Tenure for MP Metro Recruitment 2023: 

The appointment is made for MP Metro Recruitment 2023 on the basis of a contract, deputation and Re-employement.

• The selected candidates on a Re-employment Basis will be engaged for an initial period of 01 year extendable on the basis of requirement or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.
• The selected candidates on a Contract Basis will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years extendable up to 05 years or up to the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.
• The selected candidates on a Deputation Basis will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years extendable up to 05 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
