MP Metro Recruitment 2023:Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) is hiring eligible and experienced candidates for the posts of Additional General Manager, Joint General Manager, Sr. Deputy Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager. As mentioned in the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the age limit is different for mentioned posts. The selected candidates will be given a monthly compensation up to Rs.260000. The appointment is made on a contract, deputation and Re-employment basis for a maximum period of 03 years and may be extended up to 05 years.
Candidates who possess ME/M.Tech and BE/B. Tech are eligible to apply for MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Qualification and Experience for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:
As informed by the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the essential qualifications and experience are mentioned below-
For Additional General Manager-
Candidate should have an ME/M. Tech in Safety along with BE/B.Tech with a minimum CGPA score of 6 or 60% marks.
Candidate should have a BE/B.Tech along with a one-year full-time Degree/Diploma in Safety with a minimum CGPA score of 6 or 60% marks.
Candidate should have a BE/B. Tech in Fire and Safety with a minimum CGPA score of 6 or 60% marks.
Experience-
The candidate should have knowledge and working experience of Safety Management at Construction sites/Industrial Organisations.
Candidate will be responsible for Safety Management at construction sites including designing, implementing safety norms and monitoring at construction work sites.
Preference will be given to the persons who have experience in Metro.
For Joint General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager-
Candidate should have B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
Desirable-
Candidate should have an MBA in Finance/MBA Marketing.
Experience-
The candidate should have knowledge and experience in Land Acquisition, Land Purchase, Land Transfer, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R and R), Environmental clearances, Forest clearances, Planning and Construction of Institutional/ large structural buildings and property development.
The candidate should with additional experience in dealing with matters related to Business Development, Land leasing/licensing for the generation of non-fare revenue and working in Metros/ Railway/ Airports and other Infrastructure Projects shall and working be preferred.
For Sr. Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager-
Candidates should have a B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
Experience-
The candidates should have knowledge and working experience of Underground Transport Tunnels, Stations and Cross Passages with the TBM/NATM/Cut and Cover method.
Preference shall be given to candidates having working experience in the construction of elevated Metro Stations, Viaducts, Pre-Stress Bridges etc.

Tenure for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a contract, Re-employment and deputation basis.
The selected candidates on a Deputation Basis will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years extendable up to 05 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
The selected candidates on a Contract Basis will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years extendable up to 05 years or up to the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.
The selected candidates on a Re-employment Basis will be appointed for an initial period of 01 year extendable on the basis of requirement or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.
