Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) is looking for candidates to fill the positions of General Manager, Joint General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Supervisor on a deputation/contract/re-employment basis. In accordance with the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the designated post has 21 vacant seats.

Qualification for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024,  the applicant must have the following qualifications mentioned below:

Joint General Manager/Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager Manager /Assistant Manager

• Applicant must have a B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute or IRSSE, IRSME, IRTS, IRSEE, IRSE

General Manager

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in civil/electrical/mechanical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering from a in Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
• Applicant must have a Master’s business administration master’s in or the relevant discipline, shall be a desirable qualification.

Deputy General Manager

• Candidate should have a Graduate in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Publicity/Public Relation/Public Administration from a Government recognized University/ Institute
  OR
• Aspirants must have a Postgraduate (Degree/Diploma) in Mass Communication Journalism /Publicity /Public Administration from a Government recognized University/ Institute Assistant Manager

Experience for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the candidate’s required experiences are given below:

Joint General Manager/Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager
Manager/Assistant Manager

• Applicant should have knowledge and working experience Maintenance in of Rail/Metro track.in Maintenance of Rail/ Metro track work system.

Deputy General Manager

• Candidate should have an experience of writing; reports and Press release, carrying out promotion activities, Corporate Communications media, event management, Print/Visual/Audit/: al Media, Advertising, Reporter in reputed or leading newsprint media (English and Hindi)

Assistant Manager

• Candidate should have knowledge and working experience in Administrative HR & matters including formulation and implementation of HR Policies, Establishment, and Service Matter, Training & Development, Performance Management, SAP/ERP, Reservation Roster and dealing in labour laws. Working knowledge of SAP/ERP is preferable.

Tenure for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

The official MPMRC Recruitment 2024 notification states that the candidate would be appointed on the basis of  Deputation/Contract/ Re employment.

• For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on yearly basis.

Salary for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the selected applicants will get a remuneration upto Rs.280000 per month.
