MPMRC Recruitment 2024: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) is hiring applicants for the post of General Manager or Additional General Manager and Senior Deputy General Manager on a Deputation/Contract/ Re employment. There are 02 vacancies for the assigned position. According to the official MPMRC Recruitment 2024 notification, an interview request will be extended to the candidate who made the shortlist.

Based on the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years which can extended upto 05 years. The maximum age limit for the assigned position should be between 50 to 62 years. Candidate applying for the above-mentioned position must hold a B.Tech degree in Civil engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute with at least 18 years of experience. The successful candidate would receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.80000 to Rs.280000, as per the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024. Post Name and Vacancies for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

The positions of Senior Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, and General Manager are being filled by Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) on a deputation, contract, or reemployment basis. For the allocated post, there are 02 vacancies.

  • General Manager or Additional General Manager – 01 Vacancy
  • Senior Deputy General Manager – 01 Vacancy

Tenure for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

The official MPMRC Recruitment 2024 notification states that the candidate would be appointed on the basis of  Deputation/Contract/ Re employment.

  • For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 03 years extendable upto 05 years or upto the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
  • For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 03 years extendable upto 05 years or upto the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
  • For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 01 year extendable on the basis of requirement or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

Qualification for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the MPMRC Recruitment 2024 must have a B. E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a government-recognised university/institute.

Experience for MPMRC Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of MPMRC Recruitment 2024, the candidate’s required experiences are given below:

General Manager

  • For Candidate applying on a Contract/Deputation basis:-
  1. Candidate should have at least 18 years post qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 5 years experience in relevant field/subdomain.
    AND
  2. The candidate should be working/worked in IDA pay scale of Rs.120,000- 280,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above
    OR
  3. The candidate should be working/worked for 3 years in IDA Pay scale 100,000-2,60,000
    OR
  4. The candidate should be working/worked for 5 years CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC)
    OR
  5. Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of minimum 140000 per month or above and working/worked at the level of GM-E-8 or above.
  • For Candidate applying on a Re-employment basis:-
  1. Candidate should have at least 18 years post qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 5 years experience in relevant field / subdomain.
    AND
  2. The candidate should be presently working or retired from IDA pay scale of Rs.120,000-280,000 or above
    OR
  3. CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above

Additional General Manager 

  • For Candidate applying on a Contract/Deputation basis:-
  1. Applicant must have at least 15 years post qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 5 years experience in relevant field/subdomain.
    AND
  2. The candidate should be working/worked in IDA pay scale of Rs.100000-260000 or above
    OR
  3. The candidate should be working/worked for 3 years in IDA Pay scale Rs. 90000-240000 OR 2 years in CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) or above
    OR
  4. Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of minimum Rs.115000 per month or above and working/worked at the level of Additional General Manager-E-7 or above.
  • For Candidate applying on a Re-employment basis:-
  1. Applicant must have at least 15 years post qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 5 years experience in relevant field /subdomain.
    AND
  2. The candidate should be presently working or retired from IDA pay scale of Rs.100000-260000 or above
    OR
  3. CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) or above

Senior Deputy General Manager 

  • For Candidate applying on a Contract/Deputation basis:-
  1. Aspirants must have at least 09 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 03 years of experience in a relevant field/subdomain.
    AND
  2. The candidate should be presently working/worked in IDA pay scale of Rs.80,000-220,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-12 (7th CPC) or above
    OR
  3. The candidate should be working/worked for 3 years in IDA Pay scale Rs.70000-2,00,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC)
    OR
  4. Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of minimum Rs.90000 per month or above and working/worked at the level of Sr. Deputy General Manager– E-5 or above.
