• B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/ institute.

For Joint General Manager ( Land And Property Development)-

• B. E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Desirable-

• MBA.
• Finance /MBA Marketing.

For Sr. Deputy General Manager (Environment)-

• B.E./B. Tech with Post Graduation Diploma in Environment. Or
• Graduate in Environmental Engineering. Or
• Graduate/Post Graduate in Environment Science or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Age Limit for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the age limit for the mentioned post is as under below-

For Additional General Manager-

• The maximum age limit for candidates applying on a Contract basis is 57 years, for applying on a deputation basis the maximum age limit is 58 years in case where the age of retirement in the organization in which they are working at the time of cut of date for eligibility in the advertisement is 60 years. Or maximum age limit for the employees applying on a deputation basis is 60 years. In case where the age of retirement in the organization in which they are working at the time of cut of date for eligibility in the advertisement is 62 years and for candidates applying on a Re-employment basis the maximum age limit is 63 years.

For Joint General Manager /Senior Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager-

• The maximum age limit for candidates applying on a Contract /Deputation basis is 50 years and for applying on a Re-employment basis the maximum age limit is 63 years.

For Assistant Manager-

• The maximum age limit for candidates applying on a Contract /Deputation basis is 45 years and for applying on a Re-employment basis the maximum age limit is 63 years.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a Deputation/Contract/Re-employment.

• For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.
