For Additional General Manager OR Joint General Manager- (Domain System/Sub-Domain-Security)-

• The candidate should have graduated from Govt. Recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience in security management in the Armed forces, CRPF, CISF, Police, BSF, RPF Other military Organizations or security agency in Govt./PSU.

For Joint General Manager OR Senior Deputy General Manager OR Deputy General Manager (Domain-System/Sub-Domain-Rolling Stock)-

• The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical or Equivalent) from a Govt, Recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience in contract management, installation, testing and commissioning and/or Maintenance of “Rolling Stock” in Metro/ Regional Rapid System (RRTS)/High-speed Rail organization or Indian railways or in PSU/PSE/Joint Venture/ Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Sector.
• Applicants’ Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of 3rd Rail rolling Stock or Rolling Stock with Three Phase Propulsion in Metro or in Indian Railways may be given preference.

For Senior Deputy General Manage OR Deputy General Manager (Domain-System/Sub-Domain-AFC Automatic Fare Collection)-

• The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology or B.Sc in Computer Science from a Govt. recognized Institute/University.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience in contract management in contract management, installation, testing and commissioning and/or operation and maintenance of Automic Fare Collection (AFC) Systems in Metro/Reginal Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High-speed Rail organization or Indian railways or in PSU/PSE/Joint Venture/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Sector or Road Transport services.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a “Deputation/Contract/Re-employment” basis and the selected candidates for MPMCRL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period as given below-

• The selected candidates on a Deputation basis will be appointed for a period of 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• The selected candidates on a Contract basis will be appointed for a period of 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• The selected candidates on a Re-employment basis will be appointed for a period of 1 year extendable on the basis of requirement or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.
