MPSC Recruitment 2023: The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has sought Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Recruitment on the Director AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Group ‘A’ in the Directorate of Ayurveda, Medical Education and Drugs Department (AMEDD) with 01 Vacancy under Maharashtra Government vide the MPSC Recruitment Official Advertisement No. 022/2023 Dated 10.05.2023. Based on the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification there is 01 Vacancy under the Academic Pay Scale S-15 (Rs.144200-218200) to be filled up with an Appointment on AYUSH Director, Group ‘A’.
According to the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Willing and Eligible Persons with Interest in the MPSC AYUSH Director Group ‘A’ may apply following the Instructions prescribed in the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification. According to the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Online Registration shall commence from 15.05.2023. The Last Date for the Candidates to complete the Online Application Process is 05.06.2023.
The Last Date for the Examination Fee and Online Application/Registration will end on 07.06.2023.
The Prescribed Last Date for taking a Copy of Challan in case of the Examination Fee paid by Challan in the State Bank of India is 08.06.2023.
The Last Date for Payment of the Exam Fee in the State Bank of India in the case of Payment of the Examination Fee in/by Currency is 08.06.2023.
Hence, the Willing Candidates with the Prescribed Eligibility may complete the Online Application/Registration Process within the Dates stipulated for the same and the Instructions prescribed in the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

Academic Pay Level: S-14 (Rs. 142200-218200)
According to the MPSC Recruitment 2023, Un-Reserved Category Candidates (as on 01.09.2023 ) should be aged as follows:
Un-Reserved Category: Minimum 19 Years and Maximum 45 Years
Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates is described as per the Government of India Norms in the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification.
The Eligibility for the MPSC Notified Post AYUSH Director Group ‘A; mandates to-be Eligible Candidates to have gained Qualifications, etc.
Educational Qualification: Must have in possession one of the Qualifications mentioned in Part(s) A, B or C of the Schedule amended to the Maharashtra Medical Practitioners’ Act 1961 as amended from time to time.
Desirable: Have Good Knowledge of English and Hindi.
Any Candidate appointed to the said Post AYUSH Director must get Himself/Herself Registered under the Maharashtra Medical Practitioners Act 1961 (Mah. XXVIII of 1961) before joining the Appointment unless he is already So Registered.
Mandatory: Must have in possession a Combined Experience as Dean/Professor of any Government Accredited Ayurvedic College or Experience in Administrative Posts in the Department of Ayurveda for Not Lesser than 07 Years or Lesser than 10 Years respectively acquired post-obtaining the qualification in Sub-Clause 8.1(1) hereinabove.
Preferential: Preference may be given to any Candidate holding/having in possession any Post-Graduate Degree of a recognized University in any branch of Ayurveda or a Post-Graduate Diploma such as F.F.A.M. of the Maharashtra Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine or Equivalent Qualification or has Good Research Work in Ayurveda to his/her Credit.
According to the MPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification for the Post Director AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Group ‘A’ in the Directorate of Ayurveda, Medical Education, and Drugs Department shall be carried through as explained hereunder:
Selection on AYUSH Director, Group ‘A’ Post shall be carried out through based on the Educational Qualifications/ or Experience, Higher Qualification/Experience, and a Written Test with the Interview, resulting in Merit. The Candidates shall need to attain Minimum 41% Marks in both Screening Test and Interview.
