Qualification and Exeprience for MSEB Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the MSEB Recruitment 2023 must have the following Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be a Graduate Engineer in mining with a minimum of 15 years of Experience out of which a minimum of five years should be at the level of Dy. Chief Engineer/ General Manager of equivalent in a mining company or PSU and having full exposure to the development and operation of mines;
  OR
• They should have a minimum of 15 years of exposure to all-India service with the Government of Maharashtra.
•  The Qualifications and experience may be relaxed by competent selection authority in deserving cases

Key skill requirements
Candidate should have in-depth knowledge and experience of land acquisition, and development of mine block allocated by Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India.

Tenure for MSEB Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MSEB Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed on a contract/ deputation basis for a duration of three years, with the condition of a performance assessment at the end of each year related to the contract review.

Salary for MSEB Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MSEB Recruitment 2023, candidates on deputation from the government or public sector will be paid in accordance with the standard deputation rules.
