As given in the official notification of MSME Recruitment 2023, applications are invited to fill the vacancy for the post of Principal Director, ESTC, Ramnagar and Project Manager, TRTC, Guwahati.

Age Limit for MSME Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MSME Recruitment 2023, the candidate should be the age of 50 years to apply for the post of Principal Director and the candidate should be the age of 45 years to apply for the post of Project Manager. The age is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/Internal candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Salary for MSME Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of MSME Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary on Level-13 A as per the 7th CPC and basic pay carries allowances as per Government Rules.

Qualification and Experience for MSME Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MSME Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Principal Director (ESTC, Ramnagar)-

• Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Communication/Electrical (with Electronics as a subject)/Computer (with Electronics as a subject) or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.

Desirable-

• Post Graduate qualification in Engineering /Technology/ Management from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience-

• 15 years experience in Electronics Engineering Industries/ Reputed Industrial Development Organisation in Production/ Training/Design Dept./Calibration and Testing Deptt./Quality Management Dept., etc. out of which 10 years should be in a responsible Technical/Management position.

Desirable-

• Development of Industries/ Projects/Quality Management Systems.
• Implementation & Management of Engineering Projects.
• Use of computerized MIS.
• NABL Accreditation, Procedures and Laboratory Management.
• ISO 9001/14001 systems.
• Administration, Finance and Labour Management.

For Project Manager (TRTC, Guwahati)-

• Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.

Desirable-

• Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Technology/Management from a recognized institution or equivalent.

Experience-

• 10 years experience in the Production/ Training Deptt. of a Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry of which 7 years in a responsible Technical/Management position.

Preferable–

• Implementation of Engineering projects, experience in the use of computerized admin. Systems, MIS, CAD/CAM and CNC Technologies etc., Experience in Administration, Finance & Labour Management.

Tenure for MSME Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MSME Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 05 years initially with further extension as per the review of performance or till the age of superannuation. The place of posting will be Guwahati and Ramnagar.

As mentioned in the official notification of MSME Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and desirous candidates should obtain the prescribed format from the official notification and submit the same duly filled application form along with the necessary documents to the Additional Development Commissioner (TC), Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME), Room No. 717, 7th Floor, ‘A’- Wing, Nirman Bhawan, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi-110011 on or before the deadline. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The last date to submit the application form is 16.07.2023. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
