MSTC Recruitment 2023: MSTC is under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager and Management Trainee under various trades. According to the official notification of MSTC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 160000. In accordance with the official notification of MSTC recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for AM is 30 years and for MT is 28 years. Candidates willing to work anywhere in India can apply.

For Assistant Manager- The upper age limit is 30 years.
For Management Trainee- The upper age limit is 28 years.
According to the official notification of MSTC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.
Candidates applying for MSTC Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Assistant Manager- BE/ B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science OR MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.
For Management Trainee (Operation)- Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/Law/Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute.
For Management Trainee (P and A)- Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/Law/Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute preferably with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HR/ IR/ PM.
For Management Trainee(Hindi)- Master’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level. OR Masters degree from a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subject at degree level. OR Masters degree of a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at degree. One year Diploma/certificate course in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa from an institute recognized by Govt. of India is desirable.
For Management Trainee (F and A)- Associate Member of the Institute of CA/CWA of India.
For Management Trainee (Law)- Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute.
Candidates willing to work in any of the offices/Joint Ventures across India as per the requirement of the Company. Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
