NABARD Recruitment 2023: National Bank of Rural Development (NABARD) is seeking online applications from willing and desirous candidates for the post of Chief Economist on a contract basis. As per the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, there are 04 vacancies open for the mentioned post. The selected candidates will be paid an annual income of Rs.60 Lakh. The minimum age limit is 45 years and the maximum age limit is 62 years to apply for the given post. The selected candidates will be employed for a period of 02 years but extendable by a further period of up to 03 more years based on their performance and requirements. Candidate should have a Post-graduate degree from a recognized Indian/Foreign University, with a percentage of 60% or more, and a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with the topic of research relevant to areas of functioning of NABARD.
According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience of working as an Economist in reputed institutions such as Banks/Financial Institutions/ Reputed Corporates/Rating agencies or Teaching and Research experience in academic institutions such as IIMs, IITs, DSE, TISS, ISI, IRMA, ISB, IARI, IVRI. An interview will be used to choose the candidates. On the basis of qualification, experience, and other factors, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:10 ratio. The names of candidates who have been shortlisted for interviews and subsequent selection will be published on the Bank’s website. As stated in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, candidates who are interested and willing must apply online at the official website on or before the deadline. Other methods of application will not be accepted. The application fee is Rs.750 and Rs.500 intimation charges. The application fee will be paid online. The online application will be started on 09.09.2023.
