NABARD Recruitment 2023: National Bank for Agriculture And Rural Development (NABARD) inviting eligible applicants to fill up the post of Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) on a contract basis for dispensaries of NABARD at its Regional Office Building/ Staff Quarters located at Naya Raipur. As mentioned in the Official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, applicants should possess an MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine of any University recognized by the Medical Council of India and should have 02 years of working experience in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner.
As given in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, applicants will be appointed for a tenure of 05 years. According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the tentative working hours for a candidate will be 1 hour, for which the applicant will get a remuneration of Rs.1000 per hour for the first three years of contractual service and Rs.1200 per hour on completion of three years of contractual service. Candidates will be selected through an interview process which will be followed by Medical Fitness/ Medical Tests. In accordance with the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, eligible and interested applicants applying for the Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) post must have an MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine of any University recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Candidates having post-graduate degrees in General Medicine can also apply.
According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, remuneration of the BMO on a contract basis will be fixed with reference to the actual duty hours performed and will be all-inclusive.
The tentative working hours for a candidate will be 1 hour, for which the applicant will get a remuneration of Rs.1000 per hour for the first three years of contractual service and Rs.1200 per hour on completion of three years of contractual service.
Aspirants applying for the above post should have minimum 02 years of working experience in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner and applicants should have their own dispensary or place of residence
within a radius of 3-5 km from the Bank’s dispensaries at the aforementioned location.
As per the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected through an interview process which will be followed by Medical Tests/Medical Fitness Certificate as per prescribed norms before engagement as BMO.
As given in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, applicants will be appointed for a tenure of 05 years renewable on completion of the contract upto the age of 70 years subject to performance review.
