NABARD Recruitment 2023: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Manager in various disciplines. As mentioned in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, there are 150 vacancies available for the mentioned position. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have a Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation in their respective discipline from a recognized university. The minimum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years. The candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a salary of Rs.44500 per month. The candidates selected for the post of Assistant Manager are liable to be posted and transferred anywhere in India.

Salary for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get Rs.44500 per month on the scale of Rs.44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ and the candidates will also get the Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments is approximately Rs.100000.

Qualification for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NABARD recruitment 2023, the educational qualification is different for each discipline.

Qualification Required according to the Disciplines is as mentioned below:

General:

The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/ Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate or a Post-Graduate degree, MBA/ PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate or CA/ CS/ ICWA or PhD from Institutions recognized by GOI/ UGC.

Computer/ Information Technology:

The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology from any recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate OR a Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology with 55% marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognised University/ Institution.

Company Secretary:

The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution with Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership of ICSI must have been obtained on or before 01-09-2023.

Civil Engineering:

The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/ Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR a Post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institution.

Electrical Engineering:

The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate or a Post-graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%)in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institution.

Geo Informatics:

The candidates should have BE/ B.Tech/ BSC degree in Geoinformatics from any recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks (PWBD applicants-55%) in aggregate or ME/ M.Tech/ MSc degree in Geoinformatics with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD applicants-50%) in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institution.

Tenure for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be on a probation basis for a period of 02 years, which may be extended further for a maximum period of 01 year at the Bank’s discretion.
