After successfully completing one year of service, an annual increment of 3% on the all-inclusive consolidated compensation (monthly consolidated compensation) may be awarded, and so on.

Qualification and Experience Required for NAeL Recruitment 2023:

Dy. Manager (Security):

• The candidates should have successfully completed a 10-month pre-commission Training Course from the Officers’ Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces OR Successful completion of one to one and a half years Course conducted by the Central/ State Governments qualifying for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police/ Sub Inspectors in State Police, Railway Protection Force, Central Reserve Police, Border Security Force etc.
• The candidates should have 06 years of post-qualification experience.

Dy. Manager (Production):

• The candidates should have a Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• The candidates should have 06 years of post-qualification experience.

Finance Officer:

• The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in the final examination of CA/ CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India OR 02 years Full-time MBA (Finance) with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination from AICTE recognised Institutions whose entrance is carried out through MAT/ CAT.
• The candidates should have 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Engineer (Production):

• The candidates should have a Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• The candidates should have 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Engineer (Maintenance):

• The candidates should have a Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Electrical/ Electronics) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• The candidates should have 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Engineer (Commercial):

• The candidates should have a Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates having a Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management or its equivalent will have an added advantage.
• The candidates should have 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Selection Procedure for NAeL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NAeL Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews conducted by the committee. Only eligible candidates who have been short-listed based on an initial review of their Application Forms and credentials, etc., will be contacted for a personal interview.
