Age Limit for NALCO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NALCO Recruitment 2023, the candidate should be the age of 45 years to apply for the post of Asst. General Manager, 41 years to apply for the post of Sr. Manager and 35 years to apply for the post of Dy.Manager.

For Dy. Manager (Civil)-

• A degree in Civil/Architecture/Ceramics Engineering is essential.

Experience-

• The candidates should have experience as an Executive/Officer in Govt. or PSUs or reputed/leading organizations as mentioned against the required number of 05 years of experience.
• The candidates should have experience in executing greenfield and Brownfield projects, construction management, quality assurance, contract management, estimation of works proposal, cost and budgetary control. Exposure to earthwork, soil investigation, piling, RCC, structural, plant and building, tankages etc. Conversant with SAP platform, different monitoring software, various integrated management systems etc. Hands-on experience working on community residential buildings planning, public health, sewerage treatment and recycling, construction and maintenance of railways/roads, earthen dam/ dykes water supply system, water treatment plant, tailing and waste management, cooling tower, piping network is desirable.

For Sr. Manager-

• Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency in COAL.

Experience-

• The candidates should have experience as an Executive/Officer in Govt. or PSUs or reputed/leading organizations as mentioned against the required number of 11 years of experience.
• The candidates should have working experience of Coal Mines. However, working experience as Safety officer will be preferred and have additional weightage.

For Asst. General Manager (Mining)–

• Degree or Equivalent in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines regulation (Restricted/Unrestricted).

Experience-

• The candidates should have experience as an Executive/Officer in Mining set up in Govt./PSUs or reputed/leading organizations as mentioned against the required number of 14 years of experience.
• The candidates should have exposure to carrying out day-to-day supervision of the mining operations in Coal Mines. Hands-on experience in discharging all duties assigned as per the code of practices framed under the Mines Act, Mines Rule, Coal Mine regulations and other Acts, Rules, and regulations applicable to Coal Mines and amendments thereunder.

Selection Process for NALCO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NALCO Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The shortlisting will be based on the information/declaration supplied by the candidate at the time of online application submission. The eligible candidates will be called post-wise and category-wise in a ratio of 1:10 to appear in the selection process. The selected candidates will be called for medical fitness.
